At Ovais Abaya Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your abaya doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Ensure the abaya is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
